贴身舞。图中是最常见的一种舞姿。


贴身舞[1][2]是舞伴舞的一种，即两个或多个舞伴以互相摩擦对方身体的方式跳舞。做为一种新近出现的现代舞，贴身舞最早在夜总会风靡，后来更流行于美国和加拿大的年轻学生之间[3]。由于不赞同有性暗示[4][的贴身舞，有些地方以“容易受伤”为名试图禁止贴身舞[5]。 Dancing which consists mainly of grinding has been referred to as freak dancing or freaking.[6]


贴身舞的前体是从20世纪80年代开始流行的社交舞蹈“跳跃舞”（"The Bump"）。其他作为贴身舞前体的元素还包括1987年的电影Dirty Dancing. The Lambada was a dance craze that featured grinding actions, as seen, for example, in the films The Forbidden Dance and Lambada. Perreo is a Reggaeton style of grinding.
