香港立法會功能界別香港工程師


1991年香港立法局選舉工程師香港工程師學會




工程界功能界別是香港立法會選舉功能界別之一，於1991年香港立法局選舉中首次推出，選民包括根據《工程師註冊條例》（第409章）註冊的專業工程師及有權在香港工程師學會的大會上表決的該會會員。截至2018年登記選民人數為9,442人[1]。



歷屆選情



  • 1991年香港立法局選舉中，工程界功能界別首次設立，當時由2名候選人爭奪議席，最終由獨立候選人黃秉槐，擊敗自民聯的鄧家發奪得議席。


  • 1995年香港立法局選舉，當時由2名候選人爭奪議席，最終由獨立候選人黃秉槐，擊敗獨立候選人何鍾泰最後，黃秉槐爭取連任成功。


  • 1998年香港立法會選舉，由獨立候選人何鍾泰和另外2名獨立候選人陸宏廣、黃景強爭奪議席，最後由何鍾泰以2036票當選。


  • 2000年香港立法會選舉，由獨立候選人何鍾泰爭取連任，最後連任成功，擊敗獨立候選人陸宏廣。何鍾泰以2186票當選。


  • 2004年香港立法會選舉，由獨立候選人何鍾泰爭取連任，最後連任成功，擊敗獨立候選人陸宏廣。何鍾泰以2973票當選。


  • 2008年香港立法會選舉，分別有公民黨候選人黎廣德、獨立文錫昂及何鍾泰爭取連任，何鍾泰連任成功。何鍾泰以2715票當選。


  • 2012年香港立法會選舉，當時由4名候選人爭奪議席，何鍾泰爭取連任，陸宏廣第4度參選。公民黨候選人黎廣德、及後來加入香港經濟民生聯盟候選人盧偉國、獨立候選人陸宏廣、專業會議的何鍾泰。盧偉國以2811票當選。


  • 2016年香港立法會選舉，當時由3名候選人爭奪議席，包括盧偉國爭取連任，陸宏廣及程明達。盧偉國以3906票當選。
