阿莫西林克拉维酸钾是一种用来治疗各种细菌感染的抗细菌药，由阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾合成^[2]。分为口服的阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片和静脉注射的干混悬剂。^[1]

阿莫西林克拉维酸钾是世界衛生組織基本藥物之一^[3]，是一种通用名药^[2]。

历史

必成公司（史克必成的前身）的科学家在1979年申请了美国药物合成专利，随后以“沃格孟汀”（Augmentin）为名上市^[4]，1985年该专利得到批准。^[5]

它可以用来治疗中耳炎、链球菌性喉炎、肺炎、蜂窝组织炎、尿路感染、动物咬伤和肺结核^[2]^[4]^[6]。

常见副作用包括腹泻、呕吐和过敏反应^[2]，青霉素过敏者不建议使用，同时有可能造成酵母菌感染、头痛和凝血问题^[1]^[7]。

极偶然的情况下使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾可能导致胆汁淤积性黄疸，该症状会停药数周内出现，亦在数周内消失。常遇到此问题的人群为男性、老人以及长期使用者，发生率为十万分之一。^[6]^[8]
